On December 26, 2004 a massive earthquake produced tsunamis that killed an estimated 220,000 people and displaced millions in 11 countries along the Indian Ocean.
These images were made during an assessment trip with MAP International, supported by Johnson & Johnson, who sent emergency medical relief and developed long-term recovery assistance.
